Watefall Cake Part 4

Tutorial complete: mushrooms, rose bush, tray, and little frogs on the cake. UV map corrected, HDRI, textures, and lighting adjusted

Today’s tutorial is complete with the mushrooms, the rose bush on the large cake, the tray, and the little frogs. All that remained was to make a few adjustments, including the UV map of the waterfall, which looked strange, changing the HDRI, the lights, etc.

The finished large cake-waterfall

I took some liberties with the model as recommended by the creator. In particular, I added a table with tiles and used several textures from Poliigon for both the cake and the tray.

In the end, I had a lot of fun and am happy with the result. Once again, this tutorial allowed me to consolidate my knowledge while also helping me to develop it further. Next week, I think I’ll try the video from Omnis School, All the basics of Blender 5.
